Our Privacy and Return Policies
If you find that a product you have received from us is defective in some way, please notify us by email within 10 days of receipt and we will arrange for return and replacement. If we determine that the product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. If damage occurs during shipping, you must first file a claim with the shipper: USPS for SunScreens or FedEx for SunWorks Solar Food Dryers. All sales of food drying equipment and accessories are considered final. This is an industry-wide standard to assure that all items sold are in a new and unused condition.
